Our Experience

Our core business model is centred around delivering dwellings in a wholesale capacity. It’s what we do best. In the last 9 years, we have delivered circa 350 wholesale dwellings for several clients including ASX listed companies, State Government agencies, developers, community housing providers and not-for-profit agencies. We have delivered these dwellings through a variety of mechanisms including as a Panel Builder, Project Builder and Estate Builder.

Panel Builder

A panel arrangement is a mechanism used by developers who have an ongoing portfolio of work to deliver and a procurement framework to satisfy. This usually includes the delivery of social & community housing, affordable housing and completed homes programs across the Perth Metropolitan Area. Dale Alcock Projects has extensive experience servicing developers via ongoing panel arrangements, including for the Department of Communities and Stockland.

Project Builder

When a developer is looking to build-out a lot or a stage in an estate with turnkey housing, Dale Alcock Projects can become involved as a project builder to design and construct these dwellings in one run. We have constructed SDA accommodation for Rocky Bay and independent living units for Braemar Presbyterian Care.

Dale Alcock Projects can also build out entire estates (or precincts within) in multiple stages. We are currently delivering a multi staged Over 55’s development called Ellen Gardens with LWP and have delivered other seniors living estates such as Willowbrook Lifestyle Village and The Retreat in Erskine.

The construction of a demonstration home in Kiara for Department of Communities. This home was built from timber and is 7-star Nathers rated. The home was also accredited LHA Silver once completed.
