Dale is a third-generation builder who commenced his career as an apprentice bricklayer in the small Wheatbelt town of Kellerberrin. He gained valuable tactical knowledge and experience that would shape his career. Dale remains hands-on at the helm of daily operations and will always challenge what it means to build the best quality homes.

We have been interested in a new estate with very particular design and building requirements. Brian Macauley has shown endless patience for our never-ending questions and the need to remain within our budget. He has been available whenever suited us, sometimes I fear being late for dinner at home because we had yet more questions and ideas to run past him. He has been professional and honest with us while working tirelessly to bring our dream to life. We are just starting this process, but Brian’s no nonsense, transparent approach has cleared these murky waters for us. Half way through and very happy so far – As an Architect based on the east coast of Australia I have been amazed how easy it is to trust Dale Alcock homes to do a good job of all aspects of our build WA.
