Jarryd has over 15 years of experience across the development and construction sectors in Perth and Regional Western Australia. With a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management and Economics), Jarryd has successfully delivered projects across regional and commercial sectors and brings a customer-focused attitude to ensure the best results are achieved for all stakeholders.

Building Manager

Shane has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial and residential construction industry, most notably as a regional Construction Manager for 8 years. He ensures that all his site staff are supported and ensures that all our projects are delivered safely and to the highest standard. Shane is a qualified Carpenter, Registered Builder and Project Manager.

Dale Alcock Projects was established as a specialist division of Dale Alcock Homes to work directly with developers of house and land estates, medium density infill developments, retirement villages and medium to large-scale developments throughout Perth.

The team has dedicated Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators, Schedulers, Estimators and Site Managers, all with a wealth of ABN Group and Industry experience.
