12 Month Price Hold – Perth Metro & South West

Fixed pricing means that the price offered by Dale Alcock Homes at the time of signing the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) will be the price contained in the building contract entered into, and this price will not change prior to the date listed other than in accordance with the terms of the building contract and Preliminary Works Contract.

This offer is not applicable where delays outside of the builder’s control are incurred. These include but are not limited to developer, shire approval, planning, or titling of land.

Any delays caused by the client renders this agreement invalid. These include but are not limited to delayed payments, client being uncontactable, finance or settlement delays. Offer only applicable to builds in the Perth Metro and South West regions in a greenfield development.

Inability to meet the above approvals, milestones, and terms and conditions, following the signing of a building contract, will void this Guarantee and revert to standard building contract timeframes, conditions, and clauses.

The price hold period of twelve (12) months is contingent upon the client securing financing through Resolve Finance, Dale Alcock Homes’ designated in-house finance partner. If the client elects to utilise an external finance provider, lender, or broker, the price hold period shall either: (a) be reduced to a maximum period of nine (9) months, or (b) remain at 12 months subject to a non-refundable administration and extended holding fee of $5,000.
