“We probably couldn’t even put it into words, we had the best experience.”
Louisa and Marko chose to build over buying purely because they got to choose exactly what they wanted.
“Designing the layout of your home is a perk, whereas sometimes when you’re looking at an established home it might not be the layout you want or the living space,” they recalled.
“Basically, starting from scratch was something we wanted to do.”
Louisa and Marko ultimately chose Dale’s after visiting our showroom and were impressed with the high-quality range of items included as a standard.
“When we first went to the showroom we found just the standard of items were high quality. That was probably a stand out for us.”
“Our initial meetings with James Brittain were really good, he was fantastic,” Louisa recalled.
“First impression was a good impression and he made the choice a lot simpler.”
Six months on, the couple are all settled into their new home. What they love most about their home?
“The large living space is our favourite. I like the open style of the floorplan, it makes the house look so modern,” they said.
The freestanding bathtub and black kitchen sink are also highlights of the home for the couple.
What’s your advice for people looking to build?
- Know exactly what you want and what’s included as opposed to what’s an extra, that will go along way, you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for.
- Do your research on the builder.
- Make sure it’s all within your budget.
