Challenges overcome
Existing school to be demolished, new services laid and subdivision. The Dale Alcock team worked with designer Harden Jones Architects, to create Vivo Apartments for Parcel Property. These apartments are the first apartments to be built in Craigie and offer a coastal lifestyle close to Mullaloo Beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour, as well as being only minutes from Whitford City shopping centre and Whitfords train station, and 20 minutes from Perth CBD.
Project Outcome
The completed boutique complex features 12 two-bedroom, two-bathroom double brick apartments.
