Dale Alcock Homes offers to pay a one-time $1000 referral fee (inclusive of GST) to customers (past or current) who refer a new client who enters into a signed building contract with Dale Alcock Homes.

The referee must be introduced by the referrer and must not have already engaged with a Dale Alcock Homes
Consultant and must not be currently in our system.

TERMS:

  1. The $1000 referral voucher is paid to the referrer after the clients home commences construction (following slab stage) and will be paid directly into the referrers bank account.
  2. The client building will receive a $1000 Selections allowance (must be noted on PWC at time of sign up). This offer is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise.
  3. If either building contract is cancelled the referral fee is deemed null & void and will not be paid.
  4. The referral promotion may end at the discretion of Dale Alcock Homes Management. The decision of
    Dale Alcock Homes Management shall be final and not contested.
  5. This referral policy cannot be used in conjunction with the “Repeat Customer Policy” or the “Staff
    Discount Policy”
  6. The referee can refer multiple friends – there’s no limit.
  7. This referral policy works in addition to any sales promotion that may be current at the time of signing
    a PWC.
  8. This referral policy takes effect August 2024.
