When you’re designing your dream home you want to make sure it’s perfect for everyone in your family, including your furry friend!

Come and be inspired at the Isola, one of our latest display homes, which is complete with a dog wash station and a dedicated space for a dog bed! Your furry friend will feel right at home.

We got to hang out with Winston the Cavalier at the Isola, who soaked up the beautiful space and felt right at home.

If you’re at the beginning of your build journey, here’s some top tips to include your furry family:

• Mudroom or Pet Wash Station: A dog shower is conveniently tucked away in your laundry. It might seem crazy, but it really doesn’t take up much room and it can also be utilised for washing off sand from the beach (if you’re coastal) or dirt during the winter months. With external access from the laundry, you can bypass the mess in your home and wash up there.
• Built-In Pet Zones: A nook tucked in your cabinetry in the kitchen, scullery or laundry for their food and water bowls, or location for a cozy sleeping area that won’t clutter living spaces. All our cabinetry is locally made here in Perth at The Maker Designer Kitchens so we can accommodate these functional touches (as we often do!).
• Doggy-door: With lockable settings, they can be installed on doors or windows from Jason Windows.
