Bunbury
Bunbury is the hub of the South West, and the second largest city in WA, conveniently located 90 minutes’ drive south of Perth and 60 minutes’ drive north of Margaret River. Bunbury is the perfect blend of city life and relaxed coastal living.
Dalyellup
Dalyellup stretches along the coast between Bunbury and Busselton. If you love the beach and city, this may be the location for you. With schools, a preserved piece of the Tuart Forest and crystal blue beaches just a seven minute drive from Bunbury, this place has it all.
Australind
Australind is small aquatic paradise surrounded by water with the Brunswick and Collie Rivers to the east and south and the Leschenault Estuary to the west. It’s a short 15-minute drive to Bunbury. The ultra-modern suburb of Treendale is also located nearby and is a thriving community.
Busselton and Vasse
Busselton is one of the most well-known coastal locations along the South West coastline, a two-and-a-half-hour drive south from Perth, 25 minutes’ drive to Dunsborough and 40 minutes’ drive to Margaret River. Busselton is a popular tourist town whilst still offering a relaxed lifestyle for families who would like to permanently call it home.
Dunsborough
Dunsborough is a resort town that has grown into one of the South West’s premier locations. Located on the stunning South West coastline, Dunsborough is a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Perth, 25 minutes to nearby Busselton and 45 minutes from Margaret River. Surrounded by white sand beaches, surf spots, wineries, breweries and the Leeuwin-Naturalist National Park.
Margaret River
Food, wine, nature, wildlife, sea and surf, Margaret River has it all. Located at the most southern tip of the South West, Margaret River is an easy two-and-a-half-hour drive from Perth. Margaret River has a strong community focus with group activities and community programs to take part in. It provides that small town lifestyle of knowing your community, complete with all the amenities and things you enjoy.
Eaton
Eaton is just 7km, or a 12-minute drive, from the centre of Bunbury but has all the amenities you need. Home to the largest shopping centre complex in the South West – Eaton Fair has the best retail space you’ll come across.

Throughout the build they kept me updates on the progress. entire build took 6 months from when the slab went down and there wasn't a day that progress wasn't being made.
