Competition Conditions of entry
*Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the ‘Win a VIP tour of Home Collective’ Competition (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences Saturday 1 July 2023 12.00pm and entries close on Sunday 30 July 2023 at 5.00pm AWST (Promotion Period).

Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes and Dale Alcock Homes Competition:
Customer Competition Entrants must enquire on a Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes or Dale Alcock Home Mandogalup display home within the promotion period of Saturday 1 July 2023 12.00pm until Sunday 30 July 2023 at 5.00pm AWST to ‘Win a VIP tour of Home Collective’.

• Celebration Homes ‘Olive’ display home – 11 Dawes Way, Mandogalup
• Dale Alcock Homes ‘Archipelago’ display home – 9 Dawes Way, Mandogalup
This competition is run by Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes and Dale Alcock Homes and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administrated by Instagram. Only one winner will be chosen for the major prize (A VIP tour of Home Collective). Competition is valid from Saturday 1 July 2023 12.00pm and entries close on Sunday 30 July 2023 at 5.00pm AWST.
Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Employees, suppliers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of Homebuyers Centre (the Promoter) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or 1st cousin.An entrant can only enter once for the time the competition is running. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed in a draw to be held at 301 Vincent Street, Leederville WA 6007 when the Promotion Period concludes.
The winner will be notified in writing by email, phone, or via social media. If the winner does not claim the prize within five (5) working days from first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and announce another winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested, you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner (which will be published on the Promoter’s website for 28 days from the draw date) and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). By entering this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome).

Advertised VIP tour of Home Collective inclusions:
• 60-minute design consultation with an interior expert to discover your perfect interior style
• Tour of Home Collective with Home Collective Consultant (301 Vincent Street, Leederville)
• One (1) drink valid for maximum two (2) persons and cheeseboard at Powells Fromage and Wine Bar, once interior expert consultation and tour of Home Collective is complete, to the value of $100 AUD
The winner must redeem the prize within 3 months of accepting prize. Time and date of VIP tour of Home Collective will need to be agreed upon between both the Winner and the Promoter.
