Apartment Project overview
Dale Alcock Projects was awarded this project by Department of Communities from the multi residential panel. DOC requested a D&C solution for 14 apartments. Upon review of the site the DAP team realised the potential to increase the yield to 16 apartments and submitted a non-conforming tender response, which DOC moved forward with.
Project Outcome
DAP designed and constructed 16 apartments over a 10-month period from slab down. The development consists of 2 three-bedroom apartments, 4 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartments, which generated strong interest from buyers.
