What about my budget?
Having a budget is vital in the building process, but if you don’t have one yet and aren’t sure where to start, we can help you work towards it. We have a finance team that can work with you and your consultant to arrive at your ideal budget. When signing the contract for your new home, make sure everything is within your budget and that you’re comfortable moving forward. At Dale Alcock Homes, we lock down all the prices before contract signing, so you’re not prone to more costs further down the track. This is your home, you’re in the driver’s seat!

Can I afford a Dale Alcock Home?
At Dale Alcock Homes, we’re very respectful of your budget. If we don’t meet your budget, we’re not going to be building your home! Our Consultants work with you to ensure you’re getting the best product for you, within your budget. Over the 30 years we’ve been building we’ve built 20,000 homes, and we never set out to build the cheapest home, we focus on value for money.

What's the design process?
We have a really exciting design process here at Dale Alcock Homes, and Dale has been working directly with the design team for the last 30 years. Our beautiful display homes you see today are a result of that. Designing a home with us is a unique process, as you have the ability to meet our designers and customise your home design and floor plan to come up with a solution that’s specific to your needs. Tailoring your home to you is vital in ensuring the end result is a home you’ll be excited to live in for many years.
