The site: Situated in an appealing location close to amenities in the rising suburb of Bassendean, this 1000sqm corner site was a prime candidate for development. By demolishing the old house, the clients envisaged taking full advantage of the favourable 50m x 20m dimensions.

The challenge: The clients were seasoned developers experienced with large-scale commercial projects. Too busy to be personally involved with the project at any capacity, they sought Developments by Dale Alcock to deliver a full “turnkey” solution. The brief was challenging; design excellent floor plans built to meet the Town of Bassendean’s Energy Efficiency Policy and finished to a high presentation standard ready for sale – all at an affordable price.

The solution: We used our expertise to design a cost-effective quad development that maximises the available space and adheres to the council’s efficiency restrictions. Each new family home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a ~150sqm footprint, with enclosed backyards in a quiet location close to schools, train and bus stations, Bassendean Shopping Centre and parks.

The outcome: Our clients were extremely happy  with the end product after achieving their development goals. The homes fit the market at an affordable price point to appeal to either families looking for a ready-made home or those planning on a starting a family in the future.
