Apartments – Seagull Vista, Jindalee

Project Overview

Building ten apartments with spectacular ocean views was the third project this developer has done with our team. Our client secured a premium block with ocean views and worked with our team to achieve his desired design and finishes and a construction budget that matched his feasibility. This project consists of 8 two bedroom apartments and two three bedrooms over two levels and was built in under twelve months. The clients is extremely pleased with the outcome and we are discussing the next project.

Project Challenges

Our design team took this project from concept all the way through to working drawings, which included application for the Development Approval. At the point of DA submission Design WA was still in draft format that the City of Wanneroo required compliance to Design WA which was a learning experience for our business.
