My elderly mum recently built with Dale Alcock. It has been a most pleasant experience so far, starting with: the Design and Drafting Manager (John), who drew the plans to our exact and changing requirements; the Senior Development Consultant (Anthony), who led us through the contract process; the New Homes Prestart Consultant (Laura), who has been wonderfully professional and extremely helpful with our Prestart Selections; and the Pre-Construction Coordinator (Shelley), who looked after the admin stuff. Even the General Manager (Cameron), and the Building Manager (Liam), are now involved by providing a most complete and reassuring supervision / onsite monitoring plan on the first step towards the build - the laying of the slab.

I looked at a lot of builders before I decided to go with Dale Alcock. I chose to build with them because of the amount of customisation that was possible with the home. In the early stages they were really helpful in showing me what I could include within the home without being "pushy" and trying to sell me upgrades. The items that were included as standard in a Dales house far outweighs any other building I could find.
Throughout the build they kept me updates on the progress. entire build took 6 months from when the slab went down and there wasn't a day that progress wasn't being made. I would definitely recommend talking to one of their sales persons if you are thinking of building a new house or looking at your options. Great company with a local team in Bunbury.

We first contacted James Brittain by phone and was helpful right away, we made an appointment the week after and shared out information and address of our land and it was under way from there, very professional design and layout and always wanting our opinion.
