Even more home improvements to come in 2018

Now that 2017 is in the books, we’re excited about all the inspiring stories that’ll unravel in the months ahead as we help even more Perth homeowners realise their renovation dreams.

One of the big trends we’re noticing in 2018 is people wanting more from their homes - not just a new kitchen or bathroom, but more space to grow and entertain.

Just imagine what next entertaining season will look like for these clients!

Here are a few projects we’re getting stuck into in 2018 - keep an eye out for future updates as we track their progress and bring them to life.

Ready to be inspired?

What's to come 2018 - Bassendean

Bassendean Pde, Bassendean

The owners have a perfect lifestyle with a prime address just a street away from the Swan River – all that’s missing is a home to match. Our mission is to transform their lifestyle by expanding into the large (underutilised) backyard with an all new open plan kitchen and living space, additional alfresco and games room overlooking the existing pool.

What's to come 2018 - Mt Hawthorn

Egina St, Mt Hawthorn

Egina Street is the perfect place to live for this family, offering a vibrant lifestyle close to Mt Hawthorn’s trendy shopping and bars. Like other homes in the area, the house has character but a small yard means there’s no room to extend into. By undertaking a second storey addition, we’ll take full advantage of this great address, adding a deluxe upstairs parents retreat and balcony that takes in city views, all matching the character of the existing home.

What's to come 2018 - Kensington

Campbell St, Kensington

This low maintenance 2x1 home is perfect for getting out and enjoying the South Perth lifestyle. However, its small and cramped layout is not functional for a growing family and doesn’t do the location justice. The owners have signed off on an exciting 4x2 conversion poised to reinvent the home’s functionality with double the bedrooms and a vibrant new open plan living space.

 What's to come 2018 - Wembley
Nanson St, Wembley

Nanson Street is home to some beautiful character houses. While some neighbours have brought theirs into the 21st century, this home is still stuck in time. Yet with such a desirable area between Lake Monger and Herdsman Lake, for the owners, moving would be madness. The answer? Reinvent their bungalow style home from a 3x1 to 4x2, with an extension to create a spacious open plan living and alfresco to enjoy those balmy summer evenings in what will now be their forever home.

And here’s a snapshot of some others that we have in the pipeline…

  • Lathlain - 4x1 to 4x2 conversion
  • Mt Lawley - 2x1 to 3x2 conversion
  • Winthrop - Self-contained granny flat
  • Churchlands - Second storey and ground floor addition
  • Leeming - Renovation and extension
  • Trigg - Internal renovation
  • Mt Claremont - Granny flat
  • Cottesloe - Two-bedroom granny flat
  • South Perth - Character home internal renovation
