Terms and Conditions:
To be eligible to receive the $1,000 referral, the referrer must refer a person who enters into a building contract with Dale Alcock Homes. The referee must be introduced by the referrer, and must not have already engaged with a Dale Alcock Homes Consultant. The vouchers can be used in reverse, i.e. if the referrer doesn’t want it, it can be used by the new client as a $1,000 prestart allowance (inc GST). In relation to a ‘client referral’ the $1,000 referral voucher will be given to the referrer when the referred customer’s and referee’s homes both commence construction (slab down stage). If either contract is cancelled, this offer becomes null and void. The referral promotion will end at the discretion of Dale Alcock Homes Management. The decision of Dale Alcock Homes Management shall be final and not contested. No correspondence will be entered into. ‘Referral Policy’ cannot be used in conjunction with the ‘Loyalty & Repeat Customer Policy’. This policy works in addition to any other promotion that may be current at the time of signing a PWC.
