We’ve dedicated ourselves to better understanding the way people live in WA, so we can design homes that make the most of what you love to do. Our Display Homes provide a huge variety of great options and our 4 Ranges (Latitude, Primo, CBD and Farmhouse) have been designed around a particular way of life. We have over 150 full time staff dedicated to making your experience at Dale Alcock a happy and memorable one. Our Sales Consultants are HIA accredited and thoroughly professional.

4. Free Seminars:

We have a range of free seminars to help guide you through the process of buying and building a new home. We have our Property Investment Seminar, our First Home Buyers Seminar, Our Home Building Seminar and our Construction Seminar.

Dale Alcock Homes is ISO Compliant and is a Quality Endorsed Company. We have systems and processes in place which are reviewed every year.

6. Construction

With 16 registered builders in the company, including the Managing Director (that’s Dale) and the General Manager, we have unusually high expectations of our homes.

a. Your Client Liaison Officer: We are totally focused on making your new home project simple and enjoyable by having a Client Liaison Officer with you every step of the way from ready-to-start to key handover and then forwarded to after sales service.

b. Your Site Manager: You'll have regular on-site meetings with your Site Manager at brickwork, lock up and pre-handover stages. Every job is followed up on completion to ensure everything is as it should be.

c. Quality Materials and Building Procedures: Our construction procedures and quality checks drive us to a brilliant result every time. High quality materials are critical to the construction of a good new home. We won’t risk our reputation on anything second best, so our specifications are among the most impressive in the industry.

d. Quality Subcontractors: Quality subcontractors are essential to Dale Alcock Homes. The Dale Alcock motto is “Do the right thing’ and we only employ sub-contractors who are proud of their work.

e. Apprenticeship Training: Dale Alcock also helps to create the next generation of quality builders, through our Apprenticeship Initiative Scheme. We train 8 times more apprentices than any other WA builder.

7. Warranties

6 Month Service Warranty. Your Dale Alcock Home comes with a 6 month service warranty carried out by our highly trained in-house specialists.

Lifetime Structural Warranty. All Dale Alcock homes come with a lifetime structural warranty. Your investment is in safe hands.
