“Flexible design adds to appeal”
West Australian, New Homes, 30th January 2010
Dale Alcock Homes’ Frangipani display, has a flexible design that is available with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a home office as standard, or as a four-bedroom home without study.
The Frangipani has considerable street appeal, with a dark-grey render, portico with high windows, brick paved driveway, double entry doors and a set of three long, narrow windows adding interest.
Inside the front door, both the three and four-bedroom model have a theatre room to the left and access to the double garage to the right. The main suite is located further down the hall and has an open-plan ensuite with a double shower.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is situated towards the rear of the home and opens on to the timber-decked alfresco area.
The kitchen has an island bench which doubles as a breakfast bar and overlooks the main living area.
A glass upstand between the seating area and double sink is complemented by Laminex cabinet faces in a neutral shade, white EssaStone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and a white tiled splashback.
The minor bedrooms off the living area have built-in robes with integrated drawers. There is a laundry and built-in linen storage cupboard, positioned according to the configuration of bedrooms selected.
