Water Saving Devices

Dale Alcock Homes include the following items in our homes as standard in an effort to save water.

• 4 star W.E.L.S.* rated dual flush toilets suites
• 4 star W.E.L.S.* rated taps and basins outlets
• 3 star W.E.L.S.* rated shower outlets

Insulation to hot water pipes running through the homes to stop heat escaping from the hot water.

Clients will also need to be aware that they will need to provide a pool blanket to cover any new swimming pools which have been approved after September 2007. This is to stop excessive evaporation of water from the pools. It will also save them chemicals and reduce their pool running costs.
