The Pearl is a simplified and more economical version of the Archer display home. Just like the Archer, it boasts a clearly defined ‘zoning’, with a parents’ wing, children’s wing and living/entertaining wing.
The living/entertainment wing consists of a seamlessly integrated kitchen, dining, living and alfresco combination. The kitchen is a real focal point of the home. It is not only incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage and a walk-in laundry, but it also has a functional and innovative ‘E-zone’, where you can surf the web for a delicious recipe or even pay the bills!
In the parents’ wing, you’ll find a large master suite, complete with huge walk-in robe, luxury ensuite (with hidden shower room), dedicated home theatre and large home office.
