With the owners wanting to retain the original soul and character of this termite ridden deceased estate in Inglewood, they challenged Dale Alcock Home Improvement to turn it from a modest modern home into a residence more suited to a young family of four.
What resulted from a labour of love from the owners and everyone involved was the successful transformation into a four bedroom, two bathroom family home.
Externally, the frontage was restored to its original glory. Step through the front door and you walk into a new vibrant home which has character and style.
The spacious open plan living at the rear looks out over the amazing outdoor alfresco and pool area through glass bi-fold door. Open the doors in summer and enjoy the sea breeze or close off in winter and allow the winter sun to flood the space .
At the heart of the home are the integrated open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. This area has been purposely designed to function as one open space; come home and enjoy some time with the family whether your cooking dinner, watching TV, or simply doing homework on the dining table -all the family can comfortably enjoy this space.
The modern kitchen is designed with lots of storage in mind. With its minimalist white bench tops and cupboards, complete with stainless steel appliances, it is a timeless style which will be enjoyed for years to come.
