With three young children, the owners desperately required more space for their growing family. The old single storey home was transformed into a gorgeous contemporary second storey making it a stand out on the street and barely recognisable!
The original old rabbit warren house has been completely transformed into a stunning contemporary two storey home. The new look has this home standing tall and proud in the suburb of Rossmoyne.
Incorporating old with the new, the existing fire place with spectacular stone cladding was preserved and used as a feature in the downstairs lounge room. The new stairwell was created in this area giving access to the master retreat in the new second storey extension.
The old kitchen was revitalised into a funky modern room that the whole family can enjoy. Utilising the area by its many cupboards and draws, it comes complete with lots of bench space already for entertaining.
The new master bedroom complete with ensuite resides in the second storey addition of this home improvement. Entering from the new large family area, it allows mum and dad that much needed time away from three young children.
