Step 1:

The first step in improving your home is for us to discuss your issues and the ideas you've thought about. Working with these we find the best solutions for your individual needs.

Step 2:

We document everything you'd like included in your dream home, then measure the existing house to come up with working drawings. We create 3D perspective drawings so you can see your home as it looks now and as it's going to look once the work is completed.

Step 3:

Our financial specialists deal with a variety of financial institutions so they can find you the best deal, even if you want to stay with your own bank.

Step 4:

We care about the details. Our thorough documentation and specialised home improvement systems mean there are no budget overruns and most importantly - no stress. We take care of the entire process including planning, council applications, engineering, scheduling and site supervision.

Step 5:

Our custom showroom and interior design service mean you can select all your fixtures and fittings in the one convenient location. Of course, you're not restricted to choose what we have on display. The choice is yours to customise your home as you like.

Step 6:

Once construction starts, we ensure minimal disruption during the improvement process. For example, we waterproof everything, build temporary stud walls and doors to help seal the rest of your home from dirt and dust. We can supply a mobile courtesy bathroom and even a temporary kitchen, if required so you won't have to move out.

Step 7:

We lock in a start date and stick to a strict timeline. During the process we remember that quality is paramount, but also realise the importance of meeting our deadlines.
