What is a triplex development?

A triplex development involves the construction of three dwellings on a block of land, and with many suburbs in Perth now allowing you to build three units on one site, it is an ideal property development opportunity to consider.

A triplex can present design and development constraints that need particular attention. For example, having a 900m2 block of land that is zoned R30 works mathematically as a triplex, but it may bring with it significant design challenges to ensure conformity with the R Codes and local shire requirements.

What zoning do I need?
