Elizabeth Allen-Fisher

Elizabeth has been part of the Dale Alcock Development Solutions team for nearly 15 years and has specialised in only developments for 17 years.

She prides herself on bringing a woman's touch to the design and build process and customers are her primary focus. She has helped nearly 900 clients achieve their housing dreams. She assists her clients with their internal and external colour schemes to ensure the best possible home for their individual needs.

Her intimate knowledge of the different councils has resulted in her clients being able to maximise their blocks' full potential.

Elizabeth has a degree in Economics and has been HIA accredited for 17 years. Elizabeth's major passions in life are houses, travel, her daughter Sophie and husband Jamie.

Mark Lawrence

Mark has been with Dale Alcock Homes for 13 years, the last 4 years of which he has been dedicated to Dale Alcock Development Solutions.

Mark prides himself on his customer service - he approaches each and every one of his development projects with his clients' individual needs as his first priority. Whether he is assisting with a rear strata development or a multi unit development he approaches every individual clients needs with fresh enthusiasm.

Mark recommends that you should always know the zoning of the property being discussed. Also an intimate knowledge of the Town Planning Schemes will also ensure the building process is started off on the correct footing.

Mark has a Bachelors degree in Business majoring in Finance, is HIA accredited, holds a Diploma of Real Estate Management and has completed his HIA Solar design accreditation

Mark is the proud 3-time winner of the Dale Alcock Homes Consultant of the Year. He has completed over 800 homes for his clients and is a proud parent with his wife Lisa of 2 beautiful girls.

Ray Gartrell (South West)

Ray has been a part of the Dale Alcock Homes South West team for over 14 years specialising in development solutions and has completed over 400 homes for his clients.

Living in the South West for over 20 years, Ray has gained a wealth of knowledge of the area and has also been a part of the major development and growth of the region during this time.

Prior to working for Dale Alcock Homes, Ray served for 10years in senior planning positions for local government in the South West and holds a Town Planning Degree. This previous background experience has allowed Ray to specialise in all aspects of grouped dwelling and multi unit developments.

Ray is thorough and precise when helping his clients find their plan, listening to every detail, change or addition they may want. His knowledge of the local councils ensures his developments will be built to their fullest potential.

Living and raising his family in the heart of the South West himself, Ray has a passion for the region, its people and the lifestyle it offers.
